Return & Cancellation Policy 

At Goodly Protein, we are committed to delivering high-quality food products to our customers. As our products are consumable food items, we follow a strict *No Refund Policy*.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Goodly Protein are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Approved cancellations before dispatch will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged Product Replacement Policy

We take utmost care while packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will gladly provide a replacement subject to verification.

To raise a replacement request:

1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share:

   • Unwrapping video of the package
   • Clear photos of the damaged product
   • Order ID and contact details

After verification, a fresh replacement product will be shipped within 7 days of complaint registration.

Important Conditions

• Complaints submitted without an unwrapping video may not be eligible for replacement.
• The product should not be consumed or discarded until the verification process is completed.
• Replacement requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
